The garden at the 4-star Hotel Barbarahof is a small oasis of pleasure and activity. In spring, summer and mild autumn days, it increases our comfort zone by 2,200 green square meters. And one thing is certain: the adventure garden delivers what its name promises!
Early in the morning the first delicate rays of sunshine attract you to the terrace, where you can have an extensive breakfast with fresh air. For a nap afterwards, comfortable deck chairs are available, where you can enjoy not only alpine tranquility, but also extensive panoramic views.
In the evening, when Salzburg’s mountain peaks bathe in the last of the sunlight, guests gather at the fire ring. We are happy to serve you a cocktail directly to the lounge furniture and leave you completely to the crackling atmosphere.
On many a warm summer evening, the terrace is transformed into a BBQ station and we spoil you with steaks, spareribs from the smoker, sausages and co.
Adventure garden for young and old
Our garden is made not only to rest, but also to let off steam. A fitness course awaits adventurers big and small. Who will balance best on the slackline, shimmy through the liana forest or master the exercises on the sling trainer? Younger guests are drawn to the playground and to the cute rabbits in the petting zoo. Boredom is definitely not an issue in the adventure garden!
You come with bike? We like!
For our bike lovers we have reserved a special corner in the adventure garden. In the biker zone you will find a bike wash station and a mounting stand. Young bikers can look forward to a special highlight: a mini pump track where they can practice their first corner races, pickups and jumps. On the saddle, ready and set off in the adventure garden at Barbarahof!
